Q: How long will my order take to post out?
A: Your order will take 3-4 business days to be packaged and posted. All orders are sent via tracked post. If delays arise, we will send an email to inform all customers!
Q: What are the condition of your items?
A: Our LEGO® items are all in new condition! Decaled minifigures use new condition LEGO® components.
Q: Are all your items Genuine LEGO®?
A: Our items are all 100% real LEGO® unless stated otherwise. We do sell custom items that may be decaled or have customized printing or molding, yet we do make sure you know that, before purchase, by clearly stating that is a custom!
Q: Do you take commissions for decaled Star Wars minifigures
A: Yes, please contact info@minifigcustoms.co.uk,for full details on how this service works. All decaled minifigures will be made by me. Decals designed and made by avfigures.
Q: How much is shipping for orders?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and start from £2.75. Please contact us for international shipping costs. Prices start from £5.00.
Q: There is a problem with my order! Help!

Q: Can I send you an email or DM for a special request?
A: Yes of course! We love hearing from our customers! Feel free to send us a message or email anytime.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, returns are accepted on all minifigures with the exception of custom decaled minifigures. Please contact us before you return an item.
Note - If you receive your order and there are problems with it, please email us first before filing a dispute through Paypal. If your items are cracked, yellowed, and damaged in any way please report this to us. You have one week, after you received your package, to email us any complaints. If the items are damaged we will offer a full refund once you send back the items (we provide a return label for you to ship it back). If you are missing any items, we will send those missing items the next business day (we keep inventory so please don't file false claims, thanks). If you received the wrong items please send it back (we will provide the return label) and once the items you sent back are received, we will send the correct order.
Q: How often do you update your store?
A: This can vary as we don't have constant flowing supplier. If restocks or new items are updated into the store, we will inform you by posting it on our Instagram @minifigcustomsuk.
